The actress, 32, – who welcomes her second baby just four months ago – was also joined by her Wildlife cast as they partook in a studio portrait photo shoot.

The wife of Mumford and Sons frontman Marcus Mumford paired her top half with gray jeans.

Carey wore her silky blonde hair in loose waves down by her shoulders while sporting a minimal amount of makeup to accentuate her natural beauty.

The Great Gatsby star finished off her portrait look with multiple pairs of dainty hoop earrings.

Carey was joined by Wildlife costars; Ed Oxenbould, Paul Dano, Zoe Kazan and Zoe Margaret Colletti.

Later that same day, the mother-of-one sported a sleek all-black ensemble as she braved the icy Utah weather for the Sundance red carpet.

She was joined on the carpet by her on-screen husband Jake Gyllenhaal, as well as other members of their film cast.

Carey Mulligan wraps up warm at Collateral screening

She hit the headlines earlier this month when she spoke about her experience of sexism in the film industry.

And Carey Mulligan was back at work on Wednesday, attending the screening of her new BBC Two miniseries, Collateral, at the BFI Southbank in London.

The British actress caused a stir as she left the venue to a crowd of waiting fans all clamoring for an autograph.

Carey looked effortlessly chic in a simple black coat by Burberry, wrapping up warm with a statement scarf by the British luxury brand.

The beaming beauty was only too happy to stop for pictures as she headed off into the night.

Set over the course of four days, the four-part drama explores the spiraling repercussions surrounding the fatal shooting of a pizza delivery man.

Written by pre-eminent playwright David Hare, Colleteral also stars Billie Piper and John Simm.

Carey spoke out about her experience with sexism in the film industry in the January edition of Vogue Australia.

‘I have felt belittled and… kind of lesser-than. I’ve definitely experienced sexism in terms of how I’ve been treated,’ the 32-year-old revealed.

‘When I’ve tried to assert my opinion on scripts, for example, I feel I’ve had to fight a bit harder to get my voice heard,’ she said.

Carey is set to grace the cover of the January issue of Australian edition of the style bible.

She also spoke about her latest role in Collateral as Detective Inspector Kip Glaspie, which she undertook while pregnant.

The BAFTA Award-winning actress told the magazine she told series writer Dave Hare that she was expecting her second child.

She then asked if she could still play the part while pregnant to which he said yes.

‘I loved that he didn’t rewrite my character, that he just didn’t make a fuss about it. It felt more real to life, because when you’re pregnant you do just go about your life,’ she said.
